Karen Elizabeth Rigley
Karen Elizabeth Rigley is an incurable romantic who lives in the heart of the Rockies. Her hobbies include crafts, reading, gardening and watching the Utah Jazz, but she most enjoys spending time with family and friends, and especially her two darling grandkids.
An award-winning author, Karen is often asked to judge writing competitions or participate in writers' workshops and conferences. Over the years her nonfiction has appeared in countless publications from Romance Writers Report to the 1985 Writers Digest Diary, from Housewife Writers Forum to Daggers of the Mind, from SouthWest Writers Workshop to Science Fiction & Fantasy Workshop, and many, many more.
Karen spent three years as editor/director for Writers Rainbow, has acted as first reader for a prominent small press magazine, and has been a writer since she can remember. She is recognized for her ability to touch readers with her myriad of stories, articles and poetry; yet also likes the challenge of working with other authors on various projects from scripts to novels.
