Dear Readers, Fall is my favorite time of year. There's nothing like curling up with a good romance novel in front of a roaring fire. Of course, this year, it will be enough just to put an end to the heat and humidity we've had in Baltimore. One autumn I visited a beautiful bed and breakfast near Cape Cod, and have used that inn as the setting for my new story "Cougar Lake." It's about a man who needs to start his life over as he recovers from a memory loss, and running the Cougar and Cardinal Inn is his goal. Unfortunately for him, he must partner with his former love, Tia, who has the funds he needs to revitalize the property--and he has no idea if she will ever forgive him for what happened after his accident.
