BIOGRAPHY
Robin Bayne lives in Maryland with her husband/hero of ten years. They
worked together for two years editing and publishing a small press literary magazine called "Robin's Nest." After developing a true
appreciation of the editor's job, Robin decided to concentrate on writing.
Her first novel, His Brother's Child, was published electronically in June 1999 by MountainView Publishing and is now also available in trade
paperback. The book was named a finalist in the Eppie Awards for Best Inspirational Romance. Her next sale was a time-travel romance, sending
the reader back to Civil War Maryland, which was released in late 1999 by New Concepts Publishing.
Robin writes both inspirational and contemporary romance. Her short stories in various genres and articles on writing and real estate
finance have appeared in publications nationally. She writes a monthly column for Word Museum and is an active member of the Maryland chapter
of RWA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts, with honors in Philosophy and English, and works full time in the mortgage banking
field.
