STANDARD BOOK PROMOTION
 + CUSTOM PROMOTIONAL WEBSITE

    We work with you to create a custom promotional website that conveys your personality. You pay a 1 time set up fee for your website based on the number of pages to cover the design and graphics work and creation of the custom pages.

The basic pages in your custom promotional site are: Home, Biography, Bookshelf/Library (links to all your bookshelf pages). Then you can add additional pages (recipes, photo album, blog, interviews, schedule, contests, etc).

 Your Guest Book/Forum, 1 Bookshelf Page (features 1 book: cover, backcover blurb, review blurbs, and excerpt) are included in your book promotion fee.

 With this package, you pay for book promotion (monthly or annually) + $50.00/year (2nd year on) for your custom promotional website, regardless of the number of pages. You may upgrade your book promotion package by adding additional books at any time.

Promotions include:

1. Custom promotional website on your choice of our book sites (www.theromanceclub.com/authors/YOURNAME). Examples: Heather Graham and Fern Michaels   
    Custom Promotional Website will include: Home, Biography, Library/Bookshelf (links to all your individual bookshelf pages). You may add additional pages (recipes, photo album, interviews, etc) for a 1 time set up fee to cover the costs of design, graphic work and creating the pages.
     The Guest Book +, 1 Bookshelf Page are included in your book promotion fee, so you will not pay a charge for these pages on your Custom Promotional Website.
    You choose the book site where you wish to receive your promotion (Romance, Mystery, Mainstream or Erotica Romance)

2. Featured Contest in our contest area (we run the contest - you just supply the prize!)

3. Featured Author on TRC, TMC, MF or ER home page at least 2 times each year

4. Featured Preview on TRC, TMC, MF or ER home page for each new release you promote with a bookshelf page (your cover and link to your excerpt appears on TRC, TMC, MF or ER home page for at least 1 month)

5. Links to all your bookshelf pages from Previews area of TRC, TMC, MF or ER and Romance Report (5 book sites!)

6. Monthly newsletter blurbs (in our email and online newsletter at TRC, TMC, MF, ER and RR - 5 book newsletters)

7. Automatic inclusion of your books in all special events for your genre/subgenre (Events available include Winter Heat, Love & Chocolate, Salute to Ireland, Easter Egg Hunt, Spring Into Romance, Murder Mystery Month, Book Faire and 12 Days of Christmas)

8. Inclusion in TRC's own onsite webring (you're TRC home page will be linked to from all the other pages within TRC) - this is a great way to help new readers find you!

9. Free listings on our calendar (viewable from all 5 sites)

10. Free promotion in Bookseller News (goes out to more than 3700 booksellers and librarians)

11. Discounts on advertising and other promotion through print media and other websites as it becomes available.

 1st month fee $49.90.

Once you purchase your 1st month, you will be sent a reservation form with the details of your 2 year Book Promotion package + Custom Promo Website, as well as a list of things we need to get your book promotion started.

You may choose to pay the remainder of your package in monthly installments or annual installments (get 2 months FREE per year when you pay annually), and you may choose to pay the set up fee for your custom designed web pages in 1 payment or 2-6 equal monthly installments (depending on the total number of pages you initially have set up on your custom promotional website).
